The alarm clock DOESN’T go off…you DON’T have to shower at the gym…you DON’T have to get the kids to school…you DON’T have to skip breakfast because you ran out of time…you DON’T have to read a work report instead of the paper or your texts…you DON’T have to listen to the traffic report…you DON’T have to think about what you are going to wear and wonder if it is wrinkled…

You DO need to get exercise.

Since Sundays can be different for what you DON’T have to do, make it also different for what you DO. Make Sunday the day to try new activities, substitute outside activity for the gym, do something skill-related (e.g., golf, tennis, basketball), or participate in an organized athletic event.

Sundays are different. Be different just the same.
