So, right now, everyone stand up we are going to march in place for one minute.  Ready?  Yes, YOU too, I can see you, don’t try to hide.  Here we go, and begin.  And march…knees high…swing your arms…30 seconds left…knees higher… keep going…10 seconds, and…stop.
